What is Get Crateful?
Get Crateful is a Las Vegas-based moving tote rental company. Instead of buying (and throwing away) cardboard boxes every time you move, you rent heavy-duty reusable plastic totes from us. We deliver them to your door, you pack and move, then we come pick everything up. No tape, no collapsing boxes, no recycling runs.
How does the rental process work?
It's four simple steps:
  • 1. Book online — pick your tote sizes, quantities, and delivery date
  • 2. We deliver — clean totes show up at your door, ready to fill
  • 3. Pack and move — fill the totes, snap the lids, load them up
  • 4. We pick up — once you're settled, we swing by and grab everything
Where do you operate?
We currently serve the entire Las Vegas metro area including Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, and Enterprise. We're expanding to the LA ↔ LV corridor soon — sign up to be notified when that launches!
Why should I use totes instead of cardboard boxes?
A few big reasons:
  • Stronger — our totes hold up to 65 lbs and stack 5-high without shifting or collapsing
  • Waterproof — snap-lock lids keep your stuff safe from dust and moisture
  • Zero waste — no tape, no cardboard in the trash, no recycling hassle
  • Cost-competitive — often cheaper than buying 50+ cardboard boxes when you factor in tape and your time
How many totes do I need?
It depends on your home size and how much stuff you have. Use our free tote calculator to get a personalized recommendation in about 30 seconds. As a rough guide: studio = ~15 totes, 1BR = ~25, 2BR = ~38, 3BR = ~50. It's always better to over-order slightly — unused totes cost nothing extra.
Are you open for business yet?
We're in our pre-launch phase right now, building out the operation and collecting feedback. We'll be taking bookings very soon. Drop your email on the homepage to be first in line when we go live — early customers get a special rate.
Booking 6 questions
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred delivery window. Next-day delivery is available. Same-day is also available on a limited basis — call us directly at (702) 763-3462 and we'll do our best.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a small fee. Just call or text us and we'll sort it out.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are 7 days. Need more time? No problem — just let us know before your pickup date and we'll extend your rental week by week. Extensions are billed at a weekly rate per tote size.
Does someone need to be home for delivery?
For the initial delivery, yes — someone over 18 needs to be present to receive the totes. If you can't be there, let us know in advance and we may be able to arrange a safe drop-off spot. For pickup, we're more flexible as long as the totes are accessible.
How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of booking for standard orders. Business and trade accounts are invoiced monthly on NET-15 terms.
What if I need more totes after I've already booked?
Just call or text us. We can bring additional totes on the same delivery or schedule a second drop-off. Extra totes are added to your order at the standard per-tote rate.

What sizes do the totes come in?
We offer four sizes:
  • Small — books, kitchen items, fragile stuff. Up to 40 lbs.
  • Medium — clothes, pantry, everyday items. Up to 55 lbs. Most popular.
  • Large — bedding, pillows, bulky lightweight items. Up to 65 lbs.
  • Wardrobe — hanging clothes stay upright in the truck. No wrinkles.

Are the totes clean?
Every tote is cleaned and sanitized between every rental. We inspect each one for damage, wash them down, and only send out totes in good condition. If a tote ever arrives in a state you're not happy with, we'll swap it immediately — no questions asked.
Are the totes waterproof?
Yes. All our totes have snap-lock lids that keep out moisture, dust, and debris. They're not submersion-proof, but they'll protect your belongings from rain, humidity, and the general chaos of moving day without any issues.
How do the totes stack?
Our totes are designed to interlock and stack up to 5-high without shifting. This is one of the biggest advantages over cardboard — you can fill your truck or garage much more efficiently because the stacks stay stable and don't collapse.
What if a tote gets damaged or lost?
Normal wear is expected and covered. If a tote is significantly damaged or lost during your rental, you may be charged a replacement fee. We'll always communicate clearly about any charges before processing them. Adding our optional damage waiver (coming soon) at booking covers accidental damage for a small flat fee.
Can I lock the totes?
The totes have snap-lock lids that secure your contents during transport, but they don't have keyed locks. If you need to secure high-value items during a move, we recommend keeping those in a locked vehicle or secured container separately.

How much does it cost?
Totes are rented per unit per 7-day period:
  • Small tote — $4/week
  • Medium tote — $5/week
  • Large tote — $6/week
  • Wardrobe tote — $12/week
Delivery and pickup are always included — no hidden fees. We also offer home-size bundle packages if you want a simpler all-in price.
Is delivery really free? Any hidden fees?
Yes, delivery and pickup are free on orders of $80 or more within the core Las Vegas metro area. Orders under $80 incur a $15 delivery fee. For locations outside the core service area (Boulder City, Blue Diamond, Pahrump, or other outlying areas) a distance fee may apply — we'll always confirm the exact total before you're charged. No surprises.
Is renting totes actually cheaper than buying boxes?
For most moves, yes. A typical 2-bedroom move requires 35–50 boxes. At $2.50–$3.50 each from Home Depot, that's $87–$175 just for boxes before tape, markers, and your time sourcing them. With Get Crateful you get better, stronger totes delivered to your door — often for less total cost, with zero waste.
Do you offer bundle packages?
Yes. We offer home-size bundles that simplify ordering:
  • Studio — 15 totes, $99
  • 1 Bedroom — 25 totes, $139
  • 2 Bedroom — 38 totes, $179
  • 3 Bedroom — 50 totes, $219
  • 4+ Bedroom — 70 totes, $279
All bundles include free delivery, pickup, and a 7-day rental (all bundles exceed the $80 minimum). Extra weeks available from $50.
How much does it cost to extend my rental?
Extensions are charged per additional week:
  • Small totes — $4/tote/week
  • Medium totes — $5/tote/week
  • Large totes — $6/tote/week
  • Wardrobe totes — $12/tote/week
Just let us know before your scheduled pickup date and we'll add the extra time to your order.
Delivery & pickup 5 questions
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, on a limited availability basis. Morning orders have the best chance of same-day fulfillment. Call us directly at (702) 763-3462 and we'll let you know what's possible. A $35 same-day rush fee applies for non-account customers.
What are your delivery time windows?
We offer five delivery windows: 8–10am, 10am–12pm, 12–2pm, 2–4pm, and 4–6pm. You choose your preferred window when booking. We'll confirm the window by text the day before and message you when we're on the way.
What if I live in an apartment or high-rise?
No problem — we deliver to apartments, condos, and high-rises throughout Las Vegas. For deliveries involving stairs, a $10/flight stair fee applies if our team assists with carrying. We drop off at the nearest accessible point and you let us know your access details (gate code, floor, buzz-in number) when booking.
How do I schedule the pickup?
When you're ready for pickup, just call or text us at (702) 763-3462 and we'll schedule a pickup window at your new address. Pickup is always free and included in your rental. The totes just need to be empty and stacked — we handle the rest.
What if my pickup and delivery are in different cities?
As long as both addresses are within the core Las Vegas metro area (Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North LV, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise) you're covered at no extra charge. For outlying areas like Boulder City, Blue Diamond, Pahrump, or Laughlin a distance fee applies — typically $15–$35 depending on how far out you are. We'll always quote the exact fee before you book. No surprises.
Eco & sustainability 4 questions
How is renting totes better for the environment?
The average move uses 60–70 cardboard boxes, almost all of which end up in the trash or recycling after a single use. Each of our totes gets reused 100+ times over its lifespan. That means one tote eliminates over 100 boxes from the waste stream. A typical move with us saves roughly 50–70 cardboard boxes from landfill.
What happens to totes when they're worn out?
When a tote reaches the end of its useful life, the plastic is recycled rather than sent to landfill. Our totes are made from durable recycled and recyclable plastic — the closed-loop design means nothing gets wasted.
How much waste does a typical move create?
A typical 2-bedroom move using cardboard boxes generates 30–50 lbs of cardboard waste, plus tape, packing paper, and bubble wrap. That's waste that has to be broken down, hauled out, and recycled or trashed after your move. With Get Crateful, your move produces virtually zero packaging waste.

Do you offer bulk pricing for real estate professionals?
Yes. We have two tiers for real estate professionals and property managers:
  • Bulk Buyer — $99/move, minimum 5 moves ($495 total). Save $40/move vs. retail.
  • Pro Buyer — $94/move, 30 moves/month ($2,820/month). Save $45/move vs. retail.

Can I use a tote rental as a closing gift for my clients?
Absolutely — and it's one of the most practical, memorable closing gifts you can give. Instead of a gift basket they'll forget, you're giving your buyers a stress-free move. We can include co-branded delivery slips with your name and logo so every tote reinforces your brand throughout their move.
We manage an apartment complex with lots of move-ins. Can you handle volume?
Yes. Our Pro Buyer and Enterprise tiers are built specifically for high-turnover properties. With a Pro account you get 30 moves/month with priority dispatch. For complexes with 50+ annual move-ins, contact us about Enterprise pricing — we offer custom rates, branded totes, and optional on-site storage between jobs.
Can we get totes branded with our company logo?
Yes — branded totes are available for Pro and Enterprise accounts. Lead time is typically 3–4 weeks for custom branding and a minimum order applies. Call us to discuss options and pricing.
How does billing work for business accounts?
Pro Buyer and Enterprise accounts are billed monthly on NET-15 terms — you receive an itemized invoice and have 15 days to pay. We accept ACH, check, credit card, and Zelle for business accounts. Bulk Buyer packages are paid upfront at time of purchase.

How do contractors use Get Crateful?
Remodel contractors use our totes to clear rooms before demo day — kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, whole-home projects. Interior designers use them to stage and protect client belongings room by room during redesigns. Everything stays organized, labeled, and protected throughout the project. See trade packages →
Can you deliver directly to a job site?
Yes. We deliver to any address in the Las Vegas metro area including job sites. Just provide the site address and any access notes (gate codes, site supervisor contact) when booking and we'll coordinate directly with you or your site contact.
What if my project runs longer than expected?
Construction timelines slip — we know. Just let us know before your pickup date and we'll add extra time at the weekly extension rate. Trade Account holders get even more flexibility with rollover credits. No penalties, no drama.
Do you have a monthly trade account for contractors?
Yes. Our Trade Monthly Account is $599/month and covers up to 5 concurrent active job site rentals. You get same-day dispatch, NET-15 monthly invoicing, priority scheduling, and a dedicated account manager. See trade packages →
Are the totes dustproof enough for job sites?
Yes. The snap-lock lids form a tight seal that keeps out construction dust, drywall particles, and debris. Your clients' belongings stay clean and protected throughout even a messy renovation. This is one of the biggest reasons contractors prefer our totes over cardboard, which absorbs dust and can collapse under the weight of debris.
