Common trade questions

Can you deliver directly to a job site address?
Yes — we deliver to any address in the Las Vegas metro area, including job sites. Just give us the address and any access notes (gate codes, site supervisor contact, etc.) and we'll coordinate the drop-off with you or your site contact.
How much notice do you need for delivery?
Standard bookings need 48 hours' notice. Trade Account and Custom clients get priority same-day dispatch (subject to availability). If you have an urgent project, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if the project runs longer than expected?
Just let us know. Extended rentals are easy to arrange — we'll add extra days or weeks to your rental and adjust the invoice. We know construction projects never run exactly on schedule.
Can we get totes with our company branding?
Yes — branded totes with your company logo are available for Trade Account and Custom clients. Minimum order applies and lead time is typically 3–4 weeks. Contact us to discuss options.
Do you invoice businesses directly?
Yes. Trade Account and Custom clients receive a monthly invoice (NET 15). For single-project bookings, payment is due at time of delivery. We accept credit card, ACH, check, and Zelle.
What areas do you serve?
We currently cover the full Las Vegas metro area: Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, and Enterprise. Reach out if your project is outside these areas — we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.
